How to Schedule On-Campus Final Exams

Residential students will need to take their final exams in person at the end of each term, so that CIAT can accurately classify these students as Residential and they can receive any funding based on this designation. The final exams will take place at our National City main campus.

You can proactively reserve your final exam up to 90 days in advance; however, future term availability is subject to change based on demand and campus classroom availability.

You must be present for at least 50 minutes at your final exam appointment, per the VA; additionally, students who take their final exam prior to the scheduled on-ground date may be subject to having their resident status switched to Online as a result.

Instructions – How To Reserve Your On-Campus Final Exam Session

Using the online reservation system, navigate the calendar picker to the first available final exam dates.
Select a time
Complete the signup form using your @ciat.edu email and your student ID
Click on “Book” to reserve your time slot
