This will be my first term - how do I know if I'm registered in my first course?

Once you've been accepted, your documents will be reviewed by one of our enrollment coordinators to ensure all required items have been submitted. It usually takes 2-3 business days for this process to be completed depending on a couple factors; how many student files have been submitted at the same time, and whether all files are present and/or valid. If your assigned enrollment coordinator comes across a missing or expired item, they will notify your admissions advisor who will in turn let you know.

Once your files have been reviewed and confirmed, you will be registered in your first course and receive an email that will take you through our Self-Service Onboarding so you can activate your accounts and access your CIAT Readiness course in Canvas.

Accessing Your First Course by Gabrielle Olivas

I've followed my self-service onboarding steps and logged into my accounts, but I don't see my first course yet - only the CIAT Readiness Course. Where is the first course of my program?

Hang tight - you are probably already registered in the course, your instructor just hasn't published the course and made it available for students such as yourself to see it yet! They ensure you have the most up to date information for each course prior to publishing, so it may not be visible until the Monday before your term starts.
